Here's the 1972 version

Like the other ones decal is affixed on the drivers side rear quarter window

From a 1972 challenger sold new in CA with N95

I have a june 71 built 340 challenger that was sold new in California that has both N95 and N98 on fender tag.

Thanks. I had a 340 and it only had the N95, but it was an early build, 810 of 70 and yours is right at end of production for the 71 year. Wonder if it was a mid year thing??? beer

The fender tag ONLY has N95 does NOT have N98 stamped.

However BOTH N95 and N98 codes are on the buildsheet (all of them, I have 3 buildsheets from the car)

The car was sold new from KC Dodge in San Fran, I purchased it from the original owner in the 1990's

Also have an N95 code I believe on my 71 Chal..... it was the "Deputy" and had a slant 6 and buckets with an 8 3/4...... go figure!
