Hey everyone - Have any of you seen this before? I have a 2016 6.4 Hemi from a Charger, with ~9,000 miles, bought used. Cylinder #7 has an oily appearance in the combustion chamber as well as in the exhaust port. I suspect that one or both of the valve stem seals are leaking, but wanted to see what the good folks on here might think before doing anything. The previous owner did a compression check and the numbers looked good (all pressures were within ~10 psi), so I doubt there is a piston ring problem.

Looking for any recommendations. Should I just replace the stem seals and run it? Or should I take the head off, remove and check the valve stems for diameter, runout etc. Here are some photos - the last photo is just one of the other cylinders that looks good:
