I called Trick Flow and a guy told me I could run my stock set up if I wanted to but he gave me a part# for the Harland Sharp Rockers if I wanted to go that route. So I called Mancini and he said they didn't have any of the Harland Sharps and they were over $800 and I told him I would just use the Mancini Rockers and save some extra dollars. He said I had to use the Harlands because they were different made and I told him if they were different why does Trick Flow tell me I can use the factory set up? I really don't want to spend $900 for a set of Rockers for a street car but I will if I have to. Are there any other options out there for the 240 I can use? Thanks!

Cam and spring choice can matter quite a bit in terms of which rocker will work and live... can you share some more info?

Yeah I went with the springs for use with a hydraulic cam.

The Mancini rocker arms work just fine. The Mancini rocker arms are built by Harland but are designed to have the same dimensions as the old Crane rocker arms.

I think most any rocker arm will fit the 240 heads. Stock stuff might work, Isky nodulars should work, etc. The deal with the 240 heads is that you need different studs and you might need to tweak the hold downs to get everything lined up correctly.

OK. When you say different studs are you talking about the head bolts because I ordered them from TF with the heads. So do I need the 1.6 Rockers then and I'll be running a RPM performer intake also. Should I run around an 850 carb also? Sorry for all of the questions. Thanks a lot!

The studs are the rocker shaft studs- can get from Trick Flow as well.

Do you have a part number for the studs? I know Andy uses different studs than those in the official stud kit but I haven't been able to get a part number yet.
Thanks
