So what do ya think? It was pretty %$&^up so I had them do it in black figured it would match the car.
Still has tape residue on it that needs to be cleaned up.

Different - I like that. Back on my Olds I had a Hilborn scoop, I had it powdercoated with a translucent teal to match my car - looked great over the polished aluminum.

how well will it hold up to alchol. i thought that stuf that had alchol running through it had to be anodized. not sure though.

i was wondering the same thing. the few parts that i've had powdercoated got soft, or gummy if carb cleaner got on them. however if you didn't try to wipe them off while they were wet with the carb or brake cleaner, and just let them dry by them selves they would go back and stay shiny after an hour or so. maybe i had a bad batch of powdercoat?
