So a guy I know has 03 hemi truck 1500.4x4. Auto. He has no dash lights, radio, or hvac lights. He replaced gauge cluster, light bulbs, and headlight switch and still nothing. Any ideas?

Only thing I would suggest is disconnect battery for 1/2 hour or so, re-connect and see.

Hopefully he doesn't have the dash light dimmer switch rolled all the way down which is off. whistling

My first guess would be to verify that power is coming through the roller dimmer switch on the right side of the main headlight switch.

If power is coming out of the switch, it is more than likely a wiring problem between the switch and the dash cluster lights.

Other than that, it maybe a grounding problem.

He has tried disconnecting battery with no luck. The first question I asked was if the dimmer was turned down. He said no. He will be checking it for power but was positive he has done that before. He will be looking for ground issues and any bare wires under there. Thanks for the input!
