dvw master Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 9,822 MI, usa	GM dealers carried the black covers. The GM parts fit. That's how we used to re-key locks. They kits came with both chrome and black. We ad hundrens of extras back in the 90's. You cut the covers off and reinstall the new ones with bend over tabs. Doug
