Stealth heads are addvertised as having 84cc combustion chambers. How much needs to be removed from the deck surface to get them to 74cc? Or even lower. Has any one on here done this?
Thanks, Brian

Just milled a set of indy 75 cc chambers , had to take .070" off the head to get then to 66cc chamber , the 1cc per .006" head milled is a rough guide , i just filled the chamber & made a mark where to cut , might take a couple of passes to get it right.

Advertised and actual could be different. Go to Tractor supply and get a syringe and Lowes where they cut the plexiglas and glass. I got a free scrap to make my plate out of.

we got a set of the cnc stealths, and those chambers were all over the place. iirc i equalized them at about 86 cc, and we shaved the heads .040 to get 75 cc.

for what is the good life if not doing things thoughtfully?

I took .070 off the deck and ended up with 72cc. You have to take .093 off the intake side.I would take half off the head and the rest off the intake.

If the MODS did their job I would not be hitting the notify MOD button. LOL

Stealths are advertised to be at 80cc, not 84. I have no data to suggest that they are consistently near or far from that however.

The first generations where 84.0 cc years ago, the newer ones in the last three to five years are close to 80.0 CC shruggy
Call them for how many .0010 to cut off the decks to get one CC smaller combustion chambers and how much you will need to cut off the intake surfaces for each .010 cut off the heads up twocents
