Did you used to live in Iowa?
If so, PM me. I may have some history.

Yes, Yes, No. I'm good with the history of my car, with the exception of the first owner who had the car less than a year. (Anyone know Mr. Richard Dick from the Buffalo, NY region in 1968?) The car stayed in NY until '87 or so and then it has been in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area since.

I'm always game for another story especially if it involves a car that looks like mine...moonshine runner? bank robbery? Hollywood models?

Jim

I have a REAL soft spot for red, 1968 Hemi Road Runners. That is a very nice looking car.

....there is nothing like driving my 1968 Hemi Dart around town and having people looking at you like you're nuts!!

Yes, actually I'd prefer a black interior but I wouldn't kick it out of my driveway for having a red interior

Jim, congratulations on getting it together, you've truely done a top notch job on it. It looks and sounds awesome (I love the sound of a solid lifter motor).
Also, thanks for the compliments to the shop. I was glad to be a small part of this special project, and it was a pleasure dealing with you.

Now go take some big trophies with it and drive it!

Steve
