70 Sport Satellite 318, rear tires Bf Goodrich 27560R15. I want to change my rear springs, Would Mopar P4452983 and P4452982 Heavy-Duty springs be OK to use or would they raise the rear end up more than the stock height? Anybody have experience using these springs? Thanks

Chose the spring according to the spring rate.

Any height can later be adjusted by a local spring shop arching or dearching your leaf spring.

I used the Mopar springs on my 69 RR and experienced the same problem many other have with them, they sag about an inch after use. Not sure if thats been fixed or not. I also used the AR engineering (which Mancini sells ) front spring hangers that have adjustable heights. Overall I liked the springs, they worked good in my car but it wasn't a track car.
To answer your question; yes they would be a good fit for your car and may sit higher at first. [img][/img]

These are stock replacement springs for 440 and Hemi cars so no, they won't lift your car at all. In their installed position, they will appear to be almost flat. Their design is to control spring wrap up, not lift the car.
