MegaDart OP master Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 6,314 The Swamp	Ole' Rick had a day to remember saturday with a runnerup finisn in S/Rod at IHRA ProAm. He had something to prove when the hitters scoffed at him and he preceded to nail them all to the tree with a .000 in 3rd round earning him 4th round bye, .003 and I think .001 in the final!! Great job Rick!

I got smeared first round on Friday...LOL Saturday just started out great and I guess when it's your day, it's your day....even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then... Round Two put me against John Taylor who was top 10 in points for div2 2008 and a personal friend. 0.000 6.428 123.52 "Winner" 0.025 6.418 121.62 Round Three was a Bi-Run Round Four put me against another personal friend and former IHRA National Winner: Tony Thompson. 0.005 6.404 123.02 "Winner" 0.009 pkg. 0.029 6.402 115.86 Final Round against IHRA Champion Todd Thompson # Four in the World 2008 and another personal friend and also my engine builder along with his Uncle "Mike Thompson". Tree'd him by a whopping .032, but picked up .05 in the 60' and broke waaaaay out....?????? 0.033 6.394 116.58 "Winner" 0.001 6.343 123.12 "Runner-up" Quote: Drag Race Central: Todd Thompson wins on a double-breakout.
