I've seen Krawler joints last very well first hand.

Probably not on a daily driver, they just don't last like a good factory rubber bushing.

On my daily driver. Nothing will last like a bushing. The intention is to provide for articulation with some level of sacrifice [longevity]. They can be swapped out for bushings if one wants to stick to the mall parking lot. whistling biggrin

Griping about joints on race/specific-use parts is like complaining that sticky tires wear out fast. With performance comes maintenance.

Problem is, too many people use race parts on a daily driver, not a race only car. Some, it really matters not, like a giant wing on the back, others can have potentially life threatening consequences to others, heims fall into that one in my book.

I've said it before, on a race car that get regular inspection and maintenance, then yeah it works great.

On a street car, not so much.

They say there are no such thing as a stupid question.
They say there is always the exception that proves the rule.
Don't be the exception.
