God bless ya!!

Looks like you're going right to town on it.

Porting manifolds is something I've just never been able to warm up to.

I do a 2 hr port on LS vic jr intakes. Its good for 15hp and its easy money for $100. I would do them all day long if I could

For 15 hp you should charge more than $100.

Find some power and I'll send you mine in a month.

I'll do minor port matching and a little plenum clean up....... That's not really "porting".

What you're doing on the gen 3 intake looks like more than I'd want to get into........ Even for myself.

You need to do this! Picked up on my motor and yours is 26" bigger. I bet you pick up over that adapter and small plenum.

I bet it works good! I've had to jet mine up a couple sizes so far after Ray ported my Gen 2 hemi manifold.

Have you been running that intake "as cast" or did you have it port matched?

I had port matched it and did some plenum work before I put it on. If you have an intake then you know the port size where it meets the head is pretty small. I just weighed the aluminum that has come out this time and Im at 10 oz on the second go around

I have a short 4500 intake, I machined the cloverleaf out to add plenum volume. I plan to send it to you to work it over when I get the chance to start focusing on my projects again.
