Depends on what your doing. I have MW performer heads with a 337 and love it. I also have MW Victors I'm going to use the Super Victor intake on.

Unless the particular build is really quite mild, you could take the welded m1 off that list.

Is there enough meat on the 337 to shave and install on a low deck? Anyone done this? No way. It would require extensive fabrication to turn it into a low deck intake.

I'm pretty sure the op included the 337 in his post because of the stage 6 heads, which use an RB intake when they're run on a low deck block.

It depends on how much power you want to make. I've tried both the '337 and Indy 4500 on my Stg 6/MW/B-engine and the Indy makes more power. That's using a Holley 1150. The '337 is intended to be a shorter intake though. My 4500 adapter makes it the same height as the Indy. Run the '337 with a 4150 and it would probably fit under most hoods. The indy with a slightly angle-milled carb flange fits under my '68 Barracuda hood with about 2-1/2" clearance. The '337 is the same with a customized 4500 adapter. Whats best Mopar 337 Super Victor Indy or Welded up M1 for a low deck block stage 6 max wedge raised intake ports heads.

I really Love this ported 337 on my 517, revs like a comp eliminator motor and ( unlike and indy or the Victor) fits under a stock second Gen Charger hood.
I think Andy tested all 3 on his 800 horse 505, i think he said the indy made the most power but it was pretty close. I would really have liked to see the torque curves for all 3 on that motor, I would guess the 337 might have a slightly higher average number, the indy for my builds was much more of a ' light switch' and not great below around 3800, which is to be expected, because it's a full race manifold.
I would reckon the porting of my 337 has more than offset the OOTB top end advantage of the Indy, so (possibly)!the best of both worlds.
On a mid 3 series geared heavy automatic car, I know first-hand that a well ported Indy 440-2d is a very good manifold as well for up to ~700HP

The Super Victor was my choice on MW Stage 6 on a low deck. Do you have room for a 1/2" 4-hole spacer Rebel? I recommend them on everything where it will fit, help isolate vibrations and heat and keep the guts out of the engine........
