I have a 70 duster with a manual steering box. I would like to put it on my 70 Cuda but wasn't sure if it work, as far as mounting locations, length and steering arm?

i would say that manual steering boxes are the same (except for ratios), no matter which body they are in. the pitman arms are probably different

i used a steering box from a '69 Coronet in a Dart, but did change the pitman arm

Mopar made the external dimesions the same on all the early sterring boxes so they would fit all of the bodys style made then. Your boxes will interchange but yoy may need to change the pitman arms as already mentioned. The steering shaft in the ciolum will need to be lengthen also as the power steering box is longer than the manual box on the part the shaft hooks up to Be careful when you remove the power steering box, that rascal is not light at all
