Looking at the Hedman #75678 big block weld up kit. Has anyone ever used this kit for their car? It's listed as a dyno header. Would it make a good tube chassis header?

We buy the Hedman flanges and use jegs circle track header kit. We have done two chassis cars with them and they work out great. I can text you some pics if you would like

Buy 10 J bends and the flanges.. and a straight
collector... if you want things to lay in real
nice get different size radius bends.. also look
into step headers..I can run your engine through
my program to tell you what you need... BUT Icant
do it for another month.. thats on my other computer
and thats back at home

That would be great. Looking for some ideas on this. Did you use BBC header kits? (704) 458-3734 Thanks.

Mr P;

I would appreciate that a lot. Thanks. I'll PM you the specs when you can find the time. That will give me time to finish the frame first. Been too cold to work in the garage lately. Snow flurries today. Possible more snow on Monday.

I have one of those Hedman U-Weld kits for my Ramcharger, but I am a long way from being ready to put it together. I have been in my shop playing lately since it has been warm here in the 60s and I am at 600' altitude near the base of Mt. Rainier. Weird how the weather has been, we have had no snow at all this year at the house.

There Headman from jegs or summit. they had to look for them lol. There 2.250 tube stubs. The box had the gaskets and bolts with the stubs for a decent price. I didn't want to form the pipe to the flanges. And these are nice and flat.
I used Hooker flanges with stubs on my turbo car, they are not as thick, but have been fine so far.

Go to the Headman Hustler site and it's this PN 11265
