Are you refering to the barracuda/challenger standard gauge differences for 70 ??

anyone have one of these clusters that can share the car's SPD or a loose cluster that you can get the inked dates off the back?

My LA built 70 'Cuda has the lower unit and it has never been out of the car. Perhaps an east west coast supplier constraint???

What's the 'Cuda's SPD? I was thinking the '71 cars might be from parts returned to Detroit after LA stopped building E-bodies. work

I have the upper cluster in my 70 Challenger Western Sport Special and has woodgrain overlay as well..weird combo,,but that was standard on the Western Sport Special cars,,,
