What hoses are correct for an A-body cuda with front discs? All I seem to find are drum hoses. The few that I have found that say disc look like drum hoses in the pics.

Anyone have a pic of the correct front disc brake hoses?

Thanks!

What disc setup are you using, 68-72, or 73 later ? The hoses will be different.

68-72 specifically it's off a '69.

Thanks. It looks like I might have the right hoses. Is there an adapter/fitting to install the hoses to the KH calipers?

Rubber hose connects to the second hard metal line on the caliper.

There's a bracket that bolts to either side where the hose mates to the hardline. For the life of me I can't think of the name of this bracket, right on the tip of my tongue. There was an add sometime back from a member selling those brackets.

Thanks. What else do I need? I assume there's some sort of nipple/attachment right on the caliper. All mine have are a treaded hole.

The brake setup I have is off a '69. Does that make a difference?

Caliper hard lines: Fine Lines, Inline Tube, Classic Tube.

Pad Hold Down Clips: Any vendor, seller, of your choosing for restoration Mustang parts.
Look under 67 Mustang.

Caliper hose mounting Brackets: davescuda, over on forabodiesonly.com for repop brackets.

Original caliper mount bolts to spindle: Unobtanium, obsolete, dinosaur eggs, hens teeth, unavailable.
Whatever you can get in grade 8 bolts at Lowes, Ace, Home Depot, stores.

Horseshoe clips holding the brake hose(s) to the mount bracket:
Junk yard, or internet restoration companies.

Appears that you got yourself into these 4 piston Kelsey Hayes disc brake systems without knowing what it exactly takes, parts wise, in putting them together, but good luck to you.

True. A member here sold them to me saying they were complete. Obviously they weren't. flame

Does anyone know where I can get the correct front hoses with the square shaped mounting/fittings for a '68? Everywhere I look only has the round fittings.

Thanks!
