The offsets are not the same. Indy offsets its intake rockers .850 for the 440-1 heads. T&D Machine offsets its intake rockers .725 for the Eddy Victor heads. I believe the Indy rockers can be used on the Victors but the T&D Victor rockers can't be used on the 440-1 heads. T&D makes another rocker specifically for the 440-1 heads.

Some people have used the 440-1 rocker arms on the Victor heads so it must work okay. It might only work on an RB block though as the pushrod angle might be too steep on a B block.

On my MW Victor's it looked to me like a .750 offset on the intakes would be best. Or maybe a .650 offset with an offset pushrod cup in the lifter would also work.

The 440-1 offset is .850 and that would also work on my Victor heads but the pushrod hole in the head would need to enlarged since the pushrod would be pushed over a fair amount.
