Got one side pretty much done. They are gonna exit under the front corner of the door on my Dart.

Very nice!

I'm surprised that nobody makes a off the shelf W9 header yet. Just must not be enough of them out there?

With any high dollar race items that aren't likely to go into production chassis' it isn't worth it to produce a shelf header. You will never make enough money to make it worth while from a business standpoint.

Not necessarily. Low volumes just mean higher prices. Several companies make headers for W5's, those heads aren't even in production anymore...
