Same here, got as far as clicking on racer tickets and it locked up. Probably sold out by now.

I got all the way in, put in my cc info and when I went to submit it, the site told me I had exceeded the 10min limit and my tickets had been released. Now I can't get back in. This sucks.

What time were you able to purchase because I was on before 7pm and couldn't get hooked up. by the time I could get on they were gone.

I sat and watched the countdown... refreshed the page... got the link... clicked on it. (All pretty fast and smooth.) Clicked on purchase tickets... clicked on "racer entry." (Keep in mind, this all probably took less than 1.5 minutes) and I got this for my result:

"There are currently no tickets available in any section."

I thought, can't be sold out already. So I tried to go through it quickly again. This time around the site was a total dog. Probably took 7 minutes to go through the same process to get the same results.

What a friggin' waste of my time. I could have stayed at work longer.

Oh well, at least I won't be sweatin' my balls off in my car in the middle of June waiting to race.

They should have removed the 10min time limit, I HAD a ticket, I should have been allowed to purchase it. Oh well.

Maybe it will turn out to be a road trip if you guys are into it.
The ball is rolling. Just waiting on the pistons and cam (3/4 race cam )now. Hopefully it will come together quickly.

I tried and tried but no go. So much for the system being able to handle the load. Good luck to all who made it.

They have a little explanation on MIR's web page about the system not being able to handle us nuts.
They are having a race on May 2nd to pick an extra 64 cars. The racers that don't make it in then will be on the standby list.

Sorry about the guys that got messed up due to computer stuff. It's kinda odd; I put this post on a while back, and was told that the entry volume was a piece of cake.

I tried and just like alot of people and could not get through due to the system crashing. I got as far as entering the amout of tickets and it crashed going to the next page a few times.
