Yes. 70 B-body is a one year only K-member. It has the 66-70 B-body steering angle. BUT it has the through K-member sway bar pass through cutouts that 70-72 B-body and 70-74 E-body have. Those two features ONLY happen together on a 70 B-body K-member.
