I would use the hedman 79250 for the BB truck chassis.

I installed mine a few months ago and the fit is great.

I was able to keep all of the stock studs and they slid right into place without jacking up the engine.

went with some 3" pipes/muffs turned out in front of rear wheels on mine.

as far as CAR headers, I think they have been using any BB B-BODY headers on the trucks but have to trim a little off the top frame rail edge for tube clearance on some sets.

IIRC someone posted the A-body TTI headers fit the truck very nice also. but not sure 100%.

sure, tonight after work. no problem.

I have a stock 84-d150 manual MC/plate/rod on the bench, a nice alum plate a member here made up for me, and the thicker plate I made up for my 88-440 truck.

what is it you need? over all pics of it installed or measurements?

I post a couple pics of the hedman 79250 truck headers installed also.

here is a stock set up and the alum plate I used to mount mine.

I used some overkill bolts due to what was on hand. I scale them down some doing it again. no need for 1/2" bolts.

on mine I used a stock manual rod and pedal.

I used the 88 MC that was on the vac booster when I converted to manual brakes.

the stock rod is 7" and has a shoulder bolt with o-ring . they do have adjustable rods also.

I will have to take a look at the set up on the bench, it may use the later model rod that has a stud with metal C-clip.

I made my alum plate from 3/8" IIRC, "member tmef" made me up a SS plate that is about thick as a stock plate.

if you remove the vac booster there is a foam gasket pieces that can be used to make a template with to make you own.

I used this Mopar Performance pushrod. Had to slightly modify it.

http://www.manciniracing.com/mopeadbrrodp.html

The hole in the eye bolt needed to be bored out a little bit for the bolt to go thru and I cut a few threads off it's length. Notice in the picture of the rod installed there is only one lock nut. The pedal sat too high with it at full length.

Thanks! I've had no luck finding a manual rod, I will just have to buy an adjustable and modify it like you did
