when the barracuda was built it looks like they used 1" angle and just welded that to the front frame rails, looks really simple.

i used to have pics but hopefully you get the idea

Mancini Racing sells simple L brackets that can be either welded to the frame or bolted on.

I assume the spacer is for the crank pulley? Any other necessary mods needed for motor plate conversion? spacers, etc?

My Demon was mounted almost identical Dragula, but I put the plate ahead of the frame mounts for easier engine install/removal....?

Well the ones in the Valiant were some I made simply attached them to the framerails with some angle stock and grade 8 bolts

I'm working on it. Now that I finished the book I have some free time for the catalog. I might even get back to updating my website. The poor website is only about 2 years out of date. No wonder my new stuff doesn't sell, nobody knows about it!

andyf's with my own mount. just a 1/8 plate welded to the frame and inner fender (i know theres no support there) with two 3/8 bolts per side

Did you drill and tap the frame or does the bolt go all the way thru one or both walls of the frame with a nut?

Heres mine, elephant ears and the motor slid back about a inch from the stock location orry for he lack of quality onthe picture
