Hey Guys was wondering if one of Monte's N.O.S classes was comimg to the Seattle, WA area? If not is possible to purchase a class on dvd? Interested in the topic of no E.T. gain with increased N.O.S jets and greyish color on the plug ground strap area. Thanks Matt

Yes all the fuel filters were just changed in both fuel systems.Run 2 seperate systems for N.O.S and engine. Fuel P.S.I for nos is 6 psi, bottle psi is 950 psi. The car ran 10.77@122 on motor and 10.23@128.48 on nos. 1st ran 150 shot to get 10.23 and then bump up to 200 shot and still ran 10.23. My plugs come out that greyish color all over the end of the plug.Looking forward to attending Monte nos class. Thanks Matt

Did you set the feul pressure flowing or dead headed? Did you readjust when you switched your jets?Makes a big difference. What system are you useing?

Well, your first tune up had a 10 pill spread on the jetting. I don't have a lot of Nitrous Works numbers, but what I do have, shows that to have a N/F ratio of 4:78.1, extremely rich. You also had a little too much timing. 28* was too much for that amount of nitrous, but you got by with it, because the tune was rich. Now your second tune only had a 3 jet spread and the N/F on that was around the same ratio, but you don't say you pulled anymore timing and the plugs looked gray. I suspect it did not pick up with the second tune, because it was overtimed and detonating the motor. You should really be careful with this motor on spray. You have KB pistons with extremely tight ring gaps. If those are hypers, you are asking for trouble. If they are indeed forged, the gaps are still tight.
