1 ) what kind of felt should i use in the oil passage?

2) what springs should i use to get the advance in by 2200 or so? and, where do i get the springs from?

the thick felt that is used for wader soles is very similar, but wrong color if that matters to you.
the springs can be a problem, depends on engine build. If you can find a shop with a distributor machine they may have an assortment and be able to set up the dist correctly.
