Ok guys 1st of all no crapping on my thread or else.....

I am a phone call away from ordering my cylinder heads!!! BUT I cant make up my mind? why cause Im Bi Polar I guess I dont know..... a few questions questions!

1st -- Im getting Indy EZ heads but can decide which ones the 295's or the 325's.

I have all the goodies for the 295's so I guess I need offset intakes only for the 325's if I go that route!

Long valve stem design
325cc intake port volume
***Stock exhaust port location***
Full CNC port 325 cc intake
Stock pushrod location
***Offset intake rockers needed***
440-1 shaft oiling
78cc closed or 82 cc open cbr
2.19 x 1.81 valve 370 CFM

Long valve stem design
295cc intake port volume
Stock exhaust port location
Full CNC port 295 cc intake
Stock pushrod location
440-1 shaft oiling
Max Wedge intake opening
78cc closed or 82cc open cbr
2.19 x 1.81 valve 355 CFM

MCH's are like the 295's but a 308ish volume version??? maybe that route??? I still think they flow about the same a the 295's though... dunno?

My car is a 3800lb street car and do mostly street driving and my cam is a comp solid roller 248/254... now some of you already said that a small roller for the 325 but I am upgrading ALOT lately so a new cam is on my list but last...

Is it worth the 15 cfm of flow over the 295's and is the 325 heads really streetable even with the right cam...

Also I have a aeromotive 150gph fuel pump... is it time to upgrade that also....

Sincerely'

Bench Racer in Training!

I'll throw in my ... You don't need CNC heads and could save some $$$ by having a set of standard EZ-1s prepped by somebody like PRH. That'll get 90+% of the results as the 295 CNC heads for a good bit less coin.

If you MUST buy CNC heads, look at AndyF's results using the MCH-ported EZs. I like the idea of not having to use an external oil line, which you'll need to do w/ the ICH 295 CNC heads. You don't have the right combination to run the ICH 325 CNC. Also, you really need to put a "real" cam in that engine ASAP since you're going to the trouble of throwing all the $$$ into the heads. That lil' street roller in it now is a crappy match for any of the head choices you're considering.

its a happy bench. Brad, i ended up running the external lines on mine. the tiny oil passages worried me with big spring pressures and it being a street car
