Looks like original equipment with 84,000 miles on them.I went to take the first one out and it broke leaving the threads in the head.I got them out but i dont want to go thru that nine more times.Any tips for getting very rusterd stuck plugs out?how about heat or maybe an impact to shake it loose?

Run it until fully warmed, drive it a while, then PB blaster or the sort around the plugs, let it cool, ... then pray. Tighten slightly, turn back and forth.

Anti seize on reassembly.

Might even want to warm and PB several times ... give the PB a while to work it's way in.

Good luck.

Think those are bad? Read up on 4.6 and 5.4 Fords ...

Spray with penetrant and try to remove while hot.

I have removed dozens of broken plugs from 4.6/5.4. The best way is on a cold engine, try to loosen the plug 1/8th turn, then fill the spark plug well with carb spray and them sit for 30 minutes and try to remove them. On the ford engine the plugs can break 3 different ways, you need a removal kit to get the broken plug out. We service the county trucks and a fleet of 25 commercial ford busses. Thread repair inserts also are common on these engines. The best way I found is to let them soak on a cold engine and work the plug carefully trying not break them off.
