I have a chance to buy a set of 17" wheels and tires off of a 2009 Wrangler Sport. Will they fit a 93 to 98 Cherokee. The tires are 27 inches tall but the rims look wide and have a lot of backset. Will they fit my Jeep Cherokee?

Yup. You have 5 on 4 1/2", and JK Wrangler is 5 on 5"

Police wheels will fit, however.
