This summer I traded my 64 Polara Project for this 80 stepside. The rub is, I'm not a stepside fan. Today I bought a rust free western SW bed from a friend who changed his mind about his project. I am a happy boy!

I don't know if I'm going to sell the stepside. It's probably the straightest, dent free bed I've seen. I have a buddy who asked for it for a LRE project he has that's bed-less. I guess he'll get first chance if I sell it.
Don't get me wrong, I don't hate stepsides, I just wanted a SWB. I had a L'il Red and loved it. I'm excited because I didn't expect to score a rust free bed in my back yard for a song.

Congrats! I would leave the bed and order a Warlock stripe kit. Easy enuff to put on and who cares if it's not original.

I drew it up and ordered it from Performance Car Graphics a LONG time ago. But yours don't need to be custom, just order the kit for the year truck. Don't even have to buy the inside ones unless you want 'em.

I didn't know they even made a Warlock kit for SW beds. I love the black and gold.

They don't. I ordered extra runs then oriented the pattern like a Jean Machine.

I thought something like that. Well done. Looks sharp.
