Has anyone ever used a trans tech( out of Rochester, NY, possibly out of business now) torque converter ? looking to get a 10" converter from a member here, he doesn't have any info, and I can't find any info on the web about the company and figured this would be the place to ask the question.

any way to gage how high the stall is ? How do tranny shops test stall speed ? Don't want to get anything over 3200 stall,
