I have 2 pieces of tubing 3/8" ID X maybe 5/8"OD X 3/4 long welded to my bar( the angled one that goes up to the main hoop). The 3/8 rod goes thru the net and goes thru both pieces of the tubing with a jesus clip at each end of the rod to hold it from sliding out, very simple. I'll see if I can find a pic

Roy, where do you live in Mich, you can go right to RJS with your templete and they can make it. Usually most of the guys drop the top of the net and the bottom is on a fixed rod with clips, the upper rod uses a seatbelt lock. You might want to pick up the RJS installation kit also. http://www.rjsracing.com/windownets.html

I made a templete of mine and ran it for a while but I took in this spring and had them change it when I re-newed it... pretty cheap ( I cant remember the price). It might be easier and look nicer if you get the right shape net

I did a custom net to match the angle of the rollcage side bar. It's solid on the bottom. The front of the net has the sewn in loops for the bar to run thru. It pivots on the bottom, clips on the top. I like pushing the net forward to clip into place, but some like to push up to clip it, both work.
I like yours better than mine, I have the same shape net but mine has the bar top and bottom with my upper bar pushing up into the lock. You lock is more out of the way than mine
