I currently have a 68 dart with a 540 indy motor -1 12.1 with about .710 lift. It has run 5.80s 1/8 with 4.10 gears at 3200 with driver. It currently has a 1250 single carb. I am thinking of putting tunnel ram on it with 2 780 Holley progressive linkage carbs or I have a pair of 1400 Book dominators. Which would your buy or keep it the same. All input will help.

Is your intake ported? If not, you can pick up about 30 hp by having it professionally ported.

It is not completely ported but I am not trying to get every hp out of the combo. I'm not a bracket racer or an et chaser because I have times where my car will sit for months at a time because I get to busy at work. I just like to tinker and have fun.

Hi Al, I would love to but I don't think it will bolt up unless I change everything from the trans forward. I been dreaming about one since I saw yours when you got it. Plus I'm just a poor Texas boy. I can't afford one of them.
