Looks like most small avg tracks are going between $600K and $800K. Red River is not an average track. Somebody buy it!!!!

Just does not look to positive given the area economic situation. If however someone can put a deal together and have the resources to keep it going in the short term perhaps in the long term it could be made financially sound. Who knows though in the end, just not in the cards for us at this point.
