Never used a cam button, but will need one for my current build (Gen II Hemi). Is it attached to the cam gear, timing cover, or what? I can't tell from the pictures of the button how the thing is mounted. Any tips or recommendations on which one to buy?

On the B/RB and 426 Hemi 3 bolt cams it depends on the brand, some bolt on and some slide in
