How Much Money Will It Cost?
That particular video is a hoax...but there are heat sensitive candy hued paints currently on the market that will change colour, but need an actual temperature source to effect their change, the closest thing that will colour shift with light changes or viewing angles is the ChromaLusion paint line from Dupont,...FYI prices start at $160 pint just for the "Shimmer" 3rd stage coat, and it's a proprietary 4 stage process...in other words it'll run you $8-$10K just in paint materials
