I think I got one!

Are they 8" X 10" wood with a chrome plate that says "Best Engineering"?

RMRE car in Baytown yesterday in SC without electronics. TUFF but just out getting a GP. Got pulled out of line for inspection. OH NO! Instead of being in my usual trouble, got a plaque!!! Thanks to all that helped build it and to NHRA for the acknowledgement. Al, you gotta' make a hit at MATS on test day!!!

Just want to shout out and thank a few folks as we get ready to lock & load.

Frito who has racer door prize packages from vendors arriving here every day. Jane thinks I am buying all this stuff! and goes to the casino for each box..

Fascat who is chef on his on show with some seafood pies and gumbo for Friday night to go with the Southland/Paillot feed.

Rick at Firecore. HP results are classified "Phish me if you can!!" but we be running them.

RMRE David, Brad and Darin Morgan. They are a joy to work with but I am not blowing my whistle before I have air in it.

John and Ben Holt for their precise work which netted a Best Engineered award at Houston last weekend.

And the D4 Hemi Good Guys for putting up the purse, man cave, party etc etc. Get the Kent cut up school bus charged!!!!

It's in the books. Congrats to Charlie and Joe in the finals and CWJ's win. Had to run in the dark as NHRA wanted us to get it in on Friday due to possible weather. Glad I timed out, daytime for me only. A lot of fans showed up on Sat for the Chootout but got to watch some good SS racing anyway. Thanks to NPR and the D4 Good Guys for the purse and cookout. I think everyone had fun. Special thanks to Fascat and Frito who worked tirelessly, everyone left with a bunch of goodies. Frito is to post a vendor list, please do business with the supporters when you can. Finally, it was great to see Rory running his Dad's car. Check Hemishootout.net for pics. Thanks

My car LOVES the Firecores, but you must put them in the right holes. It's heck to be old and blind...........
