your 318 doesn't need 91 octane. without or without ethanol.
Regular gas is fine, with or without ethanol.

ANYTHING with ethanol is BAD! Seriously - I just added some ethanol-free gas, an ounce of Sta-Bil ethanol treatment, & a couple ounces of regular Sta-Bil to my Challenger for it's winter hibernation. Costs me over $4.00 a gallon for e-free gas - ONE station by me has it at a special pump.

Run the straight gas when you can. The 318 will run fine, I believe its either 8 or 8.2 to one comp. Plus you will probably get better mileage as straight gas has a higher BTU rating than the ethanol.
