Re-cracked one of the mounting tabs bolting the gril in, i need something GOOD that you have used on yours that works. I know someone here will have a solution.

I would use epoxy. Maybe the regular kind, but probably a "stick" epoxy that you can shape and mold. Or both if you are quick! gotta scuff up and clean the area. you can easily re-attach the piece and even mold the stick epoxy around the break and shore it up

plus, epoxy can be sanded later and painted


Looking for 1975 through 1978 B body 4 door sedan sheet metal or parts cars - monaco, fury, coronet. Please let me know

I cleaned mine well and used a clear Gorilla brand 1 min set clear epoxy. I made sure it squished out a bit when I put it on. then lightly sanded and touched up with paint still on and put on 15000 miles since then.

Use the 3M plastic parts repair material. Epoxy has inferior material properties. Not flexible enough for stressed parts.

The grill in my 68 Charger was cracked in a couple of places. I used ABS cement and ABS plastic to reinforce the repair area. The repair area is stronger than the rest of the grill; much stronger
