65Fury440 OP mopar Joined: Mar 2013 Posts: 571 Spring Hill Fl	Hello, I am working on my AX5. The shifter seemed to pull up and down really easily,like the spring in the shift tower was weak. It allowed the shifter ball to pull up and out of the seat the ball sits in. The shifter was not engaging properly,making it hard to shift. Now the trans is stuck in 5th gear. I removed the reverse light switch to see if I could push the shaft forward with a screwdriver to take it out of 5th with no luck,there is really nothing to pry on. Looking in at the top of the trans, with the shift tower removed, what am I supposed to be looking for to align the forks? 7844139-AA.jpeg (59 downloads)
