Can you get it as once piece , instead of using 4 seperate pieces

Or is it easier to install in 4 ?

How many hours would one expect to remove / replace a complete floor

AMD has them 400-1466

About $500 last time I priced one.

Can't give you a time, I'd grind the spots on your old pan, wouldn't waste the effort on drilling spots.

Can you get the full pan in the car without hacking? Will it fit through the side window and door opening on a hardtop or does the windshield need to come out?

You can't slip it in from the bottom due to the frame rails running under it.

The B pillar is going to create a problem getting it in from the side. might try windshield removal.
If thats a no go split it down the middle and reweld it back together

You might be able to angle it through the tailgate. It'll be close.

You can buy them in left or right halves.
