You're missing a digit after the H....2801540 is from a '67-'68 C-body 440. 3339 is the build date Sept 18, 1970 (parts room replacement)

He could also be missing a digit of the date code.

2333 - build date December 17, 1967

9269 - unit number

Anyone know where the "H" transmission assembly plant is/was?
