ok so got every thing done on the d150 project just bolt a seat in, inner fender an a few odd's an end's an she is 100% done, now I had the tranny rebuilt an I had bought a valve body from a member on here that has a tf-3 kit installed, my question is I will not be running a kick down cable do I need to wire the lever open or half way for the line pressure??? truck is a street driver an yes I know the story's about what the kind of damage it will do ect..

If the valve body is converted from an auto shift to a manual shift valve body there is no need to do anything with the lever..

the tf-3 kit is a manuel shift kit correct? I just wasn't sure... thanks for the info guy's

The TF-3 can be run with or without linkage/cable, if no linkage is used wire it wide open (all the way to the rear).
