What are they?? All posts I have seen say around a 66 for the center but for the outboards they differ greatly. Some are saying to start with 78-80. Car is a 440 4-speed ,I have no info on the engine. This was suppose to go on a stroker but ,every time I get close to building it something else sucks up my cash. This is an all mechanical set of carbs. I was also going to start with a 6.5 power valve and a 28 squirter in the center and 31's on the outs. Thanks

if those carbs are the aftermarket mechanicals use 81's in the end carbs and 64's in the center to begin with.

Mine run best 78/65/80 on a 440. front to back

I would start with 31 squirters in the center carb. and 25 or 28 in the outboards It is easy to flood the motor with to much suquirter when hitting all three at once

if your running any kind of cam i would rethink that power valve. at the very least have a 4.5 and 5 handy if you're running rich. won't know for sure until you can pull a vacuum reading but.......

According to holley site the 4782/83 call for # 31 squirt and 64 jet center is 355cfm, outer show # 28 squirt & 82 jet 500cfm . I have a set I'm going to try on a sb but last person jetted the outside way down to 72 I think I will go 75 on the outside short and 76 on the long drop side of the manifold.

Best I've found is #81=.093 passenger,# 83=.094 driver but they are actually the same,#65 center, standard squirter,but there is no one size fits all !

the end carbs came from the factory with either 81's or 80's, it's been a few years since i had a set. easy to tune, but linkage has to be fabbed. i don't like big squirters. i'd use .028's with tubes in the end carbs with the white 218 pump cam and a .025 with tubes and a white 218 pump cam in the center
