Hello All. I have a set of what I think are LRE wheels with center caps. No Chrysler logo that I can find. These are the markings on the inside: 8JJx15 MADE IN BRAZIL BORLEM NE 8/78 T. I assume the last part is a date build code.
They look 100% like the wheels of a 79 LRE I sold last Summer. The center caps are right on too.
Did Chrysler dual source or something? Could these be the dealer over the counter replacements? Any ideas?

the wheels could have been bought over the counter, and the later ones were made in Brazil for some reason, and have held up a little better...don't know why, but they did.
