retiredguy OP member R Joined: Jun 2008 Posts: 82 Sacramento, California	Has anyone here changed the steering on a 1978 D-150 to a Rack and Pinion. It seems to me that it shouldn't be that hard. I think it would be worth the work to get quicker and more postive steering. Don't most late model trucks have R and P steering. That should give a person a sample to go by. Look thru my posts over the last 3 months, I know there are pics in one of the replys. I was talking about doing a crown vic susp swap. If I don't do the swap, I am going to use a fox body rack, along with suspension mods. 84 D150 440/727 79 /6 swb D150 1964 A100 window van. Just because it has spark plug tubes doesn't mean it's a Hemi. If ya haven't been there, ya just wouldn't understand.
