My '76 Ramcharger. Owned since Oct. '78. Runs great and tows the boat great. Drove to dog shows in Canada, Wa. state, Or. state, and Calif. thru the years before getting the van. Towed the boat to Calif in Dec. '89. Still the stock original 400 engine, 245K miles plus.

'74 van. Owned since fall '82. Been around Canada, Wa. state, for dog shows with it, and to Calif. in '02. Tows the boat great with the 360 built to tow up the mountains. 235K miles on the van and 65K or so on the engine.

Had pretty much the identical truck...(With all hood letters)...

No winch...Some bullet-proof front and rear 'crash-bars'...

This is my '76 Dodge truck. Had it about two years now. Been working on it a bit at a time to fix the little things that needed it. Just got a new steering wheel installed (post in the truck section).

My new steering wheel.

The 1/2' piece I made to put the steering wheel 1/2 out farther from the turn signal stick so my fingers wouldn't keep hitting it as I turned it.

I don't get THAT joke. I've been trying to understand, but I'm getting nowhere with it. Anyone care to spill?

I saw this one posted here in the WIW forum. I'd been considering an old Ramcharger or Trail Duster and the timing was right.

The asking price was $2500. I got it for $2000. It is the last of the 440s!
Trail Duster Sport. It has about every option you could imagine for the model. It wheels pretty good, but the 3.21 gears are a bit soft.

My junk... it's a love/hate relationship. Part of me wants to dig into it and totally redo it, mostly cuz it's fairly tired after 164,000 or so miles. But the other part says, "it's a freakin' long bed, no way one of those can be cool!"...

Eventually I'm going to want another newer 4-door truck anyway. One of those just fits the family better. But this '77 D100 will do as a beater/hauler while I recover from buying my new R/T.
