qkRick OP super stock Q Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 974	Recently developed an absolutely maddening rattle coming from the transfer case lever area in my 97 Ram Cummins powered automatic trans truck. 267k mi. Problem most noticeable at highway speeds in 2wd high with lever in what always has been the normal position. If I move lever to the right just a bit the noise stops.Noise resumes after handle drifts back to left. Any help appreciated. Thanks MoParts Last edited by qkRick; 04/09/13 06:31 AM.

J_BODY I Live Here J Joined: May 2003 Posts: 13,185 aZLiViN	Beleive there is a bushing kit available for those. IIRC there may have even been a TSB for that issue.
