I have 1998 Grand Cherokee and am looking for a better trans. pan gasket, other than what I can get at Autozone, etc. 4.0 w/ Selectrac. Does anyone know if there is a steel-core gasket like the one for a 727 trans. available , dealer or otherwise? Same thing for a valve cover gasket. Thanks

From what I have been able to find out, I think this is the 42RE. Do you know if this is correct? Thanks

Any dealer should have a steel-core gasket in stock, re-useable gasket. Available for 904 and 727.
pn 2464324ac = 727
pn4295875ac=904
