wally426ci master Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 2,554 Maryland	It looks to me like they are on backwards and your missing the arm to operate the tracks. I don't have a picture of my old ones but I believe it attaches where that little piece with 2 rivets in it is.

After I got it off and cleaned it up, it now works and I see it is only missing a opeating handle...
