Yes I would use new bolts for safety. And I would torque them with a torque wrench and skip the locktite if you want a true torque reading and no failures.
X1000%....bolts are cheap, feet, legs and other driveline componets aren't

I've reused them.
...well, I've reused modern, ARP high strength flywheel bolts. I've never had originals to re-use.

I'm interested to see what others think about reusing flywheel mounting bolts.
I'm getting ready to put my 94 Ram 1500 back together and noticed that the FSM recommends new bolts to reinstall the flywheel.
Do you use new bolts everytime, or just wire brush the originals and install with Locktite?
On older stuff I've used them over, much older than 94 though. Check to see if they are torque to yield bolts. Find out why the FSM reccomends using new bolts.
As said above...new bolts are cheap, legs not so much. Err on the side of safety.
